Changes and Returns Policy

  1. Product Changes
If you wish to change the product you have purchased – and only in the event that the product has not been used – you must register a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request. A prerequisite for exchanging the product is that it must be in its original condition, i.e. not used, and in its original packaging (in its box and carrier bag) with its proof of purchase or any other accompanying forms. Exchanges within Greece For orders within Greece, the first change is subject to a charge of €5.00 for you and for each change after the first, the charge is €5.00 per product + €1.50 per change and is automatically charged to the replacement order. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, you will be charged the cash on delivery fee. Exchanges outside Greece For orders outside of Greece, the customer makes the return with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination country).
  1. Incorrect shipments
In case the product received does not match the product of your order, you must register a Return Request within 5 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request. In this case, there is no charge to the customer for replacement.
  1. Defective Products
Our Company, during the order fulfillment process, carries out a detailed inspection of the products to ensure their excellent quality. In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can contact us either by e-mail at info@streetweardealers.gr, by phone at 2310 280 400, or by filling out a Return Request. Immediately after informing us of the defect, you will receive instructions on the return/replacement/refund process. The defective product is returned via our partner courier company and the costs are borne by us (“recipient’s charge”). If you choose a different way of sending the defective product, then the shipping costs are borne by you. If a replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you may choose between replacement by another, equivalent product of your choice, or a refund of all or part of the value in money.
  1. Money Back / Right of Withdrawal
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you have purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must register a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and have the product shipped within 7 days of the approval of the Request. Once the returned product has been received by us and it is determined that the product has not been used and is in perfect condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid (value of the goods and shipping costs, if any) less the cost of the replacement, if you had chosen this method of payment. The refund of the original purchase will be made by the same method as the payment made at the time of purchase. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, then you must choose to receive your money back either via bank deposit or paypal. In cases of refund you will be charged the cost of returning the product, as the return of the product will be at your own expense. Also, in the event that a free exchange has been made on the specific product prior to the refund process, there will be an additional charge of € 8.00 to cover the transport costs of the exchange, which will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
